1. ACCOMMODATION
Guests check in after 12:00 on the day of arrival. The value of the booked stay is paid in advance on the day of accommodation.

2. LEAVING THE ROOM
Check-out - until 10:00 on the day of departure. If you do not leave the room at the specified hours, a fee of 50% of the value of the night will be charged. If you wish to keep the room or extend your stay, please inform the staff.

 

3. STAY
At the end of the stay, the key to the room is left.

4. FOOD AND BEVERAGES
The preparation of food, as well as its consumption in the rooms, is prohibited. Consumption of food and beverages is done in front of the houses. The use of household and electric heating appliances is allowed in the designated places, but NOT in the rooms.

5. SMOKING
In accordance with Bulgarian legislation, we follow a policy of NOT smoking in all interior parts of houses. For guests who do not comply with our policy, a fine of BGN 100 is imposed. The designated smoking areas are within the open areas - in front of each house.

5. BATHROOM AND TOILET
The water is heated by a boiler, in case of lack of hot water please wait patiently for 30 minutes. Toilet paper and women's utensils are thrown in the trash, but NOT in the toilet. Keep clean!

6. PETS
Pets are NOT allowed in the complex.

7. BEHAVIOR
Obscene behaviour is not tolerated. In case of refusal of the guests to comply with the requirements, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without responsibility for refunds or compensation.

 

Inspection of the room is done before check-in and before leaving. In case of violation, a fine depending on the size of the damage will be paid!
